A Heater Maintenance Note...

Dear Snyder Pools' pool heater customers:

Heater problems caused by neglect are increasingly becoming a Spring service problem. Because of this we, as well as all major heater manufacturers, recommend your pool heaters be serviced yearly to insure heater longevity and an easier spring start up. Much like your home heating systems, pool heaters also need preventative maintenance. A yearly service would consist of emptying the burner tray, checking for damage by spiders and/or mice (the leading cause of heater failure) and lighting the pilot. We are no longer able to light pilots and they therefore can not be turned on at openings unless they have been serviced. Heaters can be serviced by the company you purchase your propane from or by our recommended service crew at AmeriGas. You can schedule a service call with Scott at 1-(800)-365-1709.

Most customers don't realize their heater isn't working until the day they need to use it, much too late to get a service call in most cases. This service is as important as oil changes on your car.
